We are delighted to announce that Ara, a student in Westminster College Bangkok’s BTEC Level 3 Business programme, has received an offer to study B.F.A. Digital Communication Design at Silpakorn University International College (SUIC), one of Thailand’s leading international higher education institutions.
From a young age, Ara has been passionate about art, drawing, and creative design. She aspired to pursue a career that would allow her to express her creativity while making a meaningful impact through visual communication. When choosing her post-secondary pathway, Ara selected Westminster College Bangkok because she believed that our supportive learning environment and internationally recognised qualifications would help her achieve her long-term goals.
Although enrolled in the BTEC Business programme, Ara quickly discovered that the qualification develops a broad range of transferable skills that extend far beyond the study of business. Through project-based learning, presentations, research assignments, and practical coursework, she strengthened her abilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent learning.
These skills not only enhanced her academic profile but also complemented her creative talents and helped prepare her for university study in a design-related field.

Alongside her studies, she worked diligently to develop her portfolio and refine her creative skills, demonstrating remarkable dedication and perseverance throughout her educational journey.
