Westminster College Bangkok was delighted to welcome Mr Wolf Magnus Gerstkamp, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programmes at Les Roches, Switzerland, for an exclusive masterclass, “Luxury Is Changing.”
Students explored the pillars of luxury hospitality, from building a strong service culture and understanding guests’ needs to nurturing talent and delivering consistently exceptional experiences. The session offered valuable insights into how people, leadership and attention to detail shape the world of luxury.
At WCB, we provide diverse learning opportunities beyond the classroom. By connecting students with experts across different fields, we help them discover new interests, explore future study and career options, and find a pathway that suits their ambitions.
Applications for the 2027 Academic Year are now open, with intakes in January, April and September.
