Biography profile

I have 10 years of experience teaching within a diverse classroom and over 10 years of laboratory staff training and development in the biomedical field. I bring a unique blend of knowledge and passion to my teaching. I have a background in psychology and mindfulness, which allows me to nurture students’ emotional and academic growth in a holistic way. I create learning environments where students feel valued, understood, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
My teaching style is centered around a constructivist approach, where I guide students to build their own understanding through active, hands-on learning. I emphasize the importance of critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration, allowing students to explore, question, and grow.
I am skilled in using a variety of pedagogic techniques, I design lessons that are both engaging and effective, adapting to the individual needs of my students. Whether it’s fostering a positive classroom dynamic or promoting mindfulness to enhance focus and well-being, my goal is to create a space where every student thrives, both academically and personally.
