Biography profile

I have over 11 years of teaching experience, working with learners of various age groups, proficiency levels, and cultural backgrounds across six different countries and 4 continents. This exposure has enriched my understanding of diverse learning styles and helped me develop a dynamic and adaptable teaching style.
I employ a student-centred, communicative approach in my teaching, ensuring lessons are interactive and engaging while having a strong focus on building rapport with students. My background in international relations adds depth to my lessons, particularly in Human Geography, helping students bridge language learning in real-world, applicable contexts.
I am passionate about fostering the learner confidence and academic autonomy students need for university, creating a supportive environment where students can develop their skills effectively while feeling comfortable to approach me with any concerns or issues they might be having.
